And just like that: Susan Collins, the smarmy and corrupt fake moderate Republican who deceived the voters of Maine for decades into thinking she would hold radical Republicans to account has lost in Maine.

The only question tonight is how big the Democratic Senate and House majorities will be.

Susan Collins will be retiring to spend more time pretending to be concerned.
