Nov 3, 2026, 12:23 PMSome mornings, getting dressed sounds less like a simple decision and more like packing for a cross-country trip.
The forecast says 42 degrees when I wake up, 76 by lunchtime, and a chance of rain just when I need to go somewhere.
So what am I supposed to wear? A sweater, shorts, rain boots, and a sun hat?
And there’s always somebody who says, “Just dress in layers.” By three o’clock, I’m supposed to be carrying half my closet around like a traveling yard sale.
I would appreciate it if the weather could pick a season and stick with it until supper.
