This idea of "yeah we just have 100 agents running and don't need to hire anybody" is too prevalent.
I would like the amount of people I know with this believe to be 0.

It's always

1) use AIA
2) ????
3) Profit

and that's the whole plan.
nobody ever knows that 2) but for some reason they think it will work out for them when the largest companies in the world would do that if it works.
better yet: why would they sell it to you at bargain prices when it would work?
