Sold a book of Canon Law from 1564 - i took photos to show it was wrapped up, and more at the post office. It arrived safe and sound, but you never know. It was an emotional goodbye :-) https://www.fromoldbooks.org/Manfredi/ has some images of the cover (reused page from a missal!) and the inside.

The book, seen from above as it lies on a table ready to be packed up. It's covered in music with red and black calligraphy.

The book wrapped with protective plastic and then brown paper

Peeling back the translucent plastic to show the book inside

The package is weighed at the post office
