#duckduckfedi Does anyone have any idea what the absolute most barebones/lightweight custom ROM is that I could flash on an old 2013 Nexus 7? Needs to be at least Android 9, but 10 is slightly preferred. Main focus is quick boot times, as I'd like to use the tablet for DiPlay (for wireless Carplay) in my car, and I'd be removing the battery from the tablet which means every time the car starts it'll need to do a cold boot effectively.

I can't quite justify getting rid of my car yet for practical reasons and I unfortunately am a bit attached to it since I quite like driving this car, because that thing is kinda expensive to keep on the road and of course not as env friendly as other transport methods, I do hope to not own it anymore at some point, but that is going to be a while still
