It’s been a year since I’ve started taking antidepressants! 🎊

My dose has remained stable. The contrast between how I used to live life a year ago and now is striking; I made several new friends, had even better times with my old friends, travelled on my own for the first time in several years, adopted two cats, exercise frequently and have a better diet, read more, etc.
