With the relentless heatwaves, I didn't expect to see new eggplant fruit & volunteer seedlings. They are growing in beds with native Solidago, Yarrow, and a basil I'm nursing along. No matter how many books we write, Mother Nature's still the wisest author. Sending along some hope to balance the hardships. #gardening #Zone10b
