@jenniferplusplus It is disturbing that this seems no closer to CFAA or other charges as yet.

I wasn't really expecting anything to come of huggingface, fundamentally those guys are on the same side when it comes to anything that is good for AI hype, so that was probably the most valuable intrusion in history; but it seems increasingly the case that it's not just the scraper side of the house treating the internet as a live-fire test range.
