@lin11c Yes, the Government has the unilateral right to terminate contracts. It can get messy with litigation over claims and you have to have another vendor that is able to do the work (problem for NASA) or bring the work in house. The regime shit canned thousands of people to keep this from happening so so there will be a curve to bring them back onboard.
