    I feel bad for the people of DC but I am so relieved every time he gets sidetracked on some silly construction project, it seems like the least damaging use of his energy and remaining political capital

    He is afraid of his growing weakness and like an animal knowing he is going to be displaced, he is peeing all over "his" territory.

    The good: it can all be cancelled as easily as it was started.

    The bad: we can not really afford all this waste.
