@covid_wastewater OR not reporting?
@PizzaDemon Regrettably, no—Oregon, Montana, and North Dakota have zero reporting sites right now. https://www.cdc.gov/wastewater/respiratory-viruses/national.html
@PizzaDemon …OK, well, that outdated preview card is doing me no favors.
@waldoj it does look like it's been a couple weeks since sample results were published.
@covid_wastewater The bot hasn't updated in a few weeks.
@EnfysBook Argh, it's the dog that didn't bark. I moved my menagerie of bots to a shared control harness, to report to me when they don’t run, but apparently I screwed up the harness in some way that silently fails here. Thanks for mentioning it!
@waldoj Happy to help, and happy to see it back online!
Do you have bots for the RSV & flu wastewater data, too? I'd love to give them a follow if so.
Really appreciate you doing this.
@EnfysBook Sorry, nope, just Covid! But it's open source, so somebody would be welcome to duplicate it and create either of those. https://github.com/waldoj/covid-wastewater
