A new Canvases build is out now that should fix the issues with reordering views introduced in the previous build.

Experimenting with a thing for Canvases. Updating a canvas from an API can open a ton of new use cases. I hope this will work out.
Ziga Dolarzigadolar@mastodon.onlineAug 29, 2026, 5:06 AM@simonbs will be interesting to see how this works out -I’m assuming this would be using background/silent push as the mechanism, which in my experience isn’t the most reliable, if you want it to wake the app up consistently and on-time (as iOS does it’s standard background use optimizations)

@simonbs oh cool - now I see that I should’ve taken a closer look at all the new iOS 27 stuff 😅 hope it will work nicely, and the budget iOS gives it will be generous enough to not cause issues 👍

@lucamegh I don’t. API keys are scoped.
