    Aaaaand we’re funded! Less than twenty-four hours later, too, thanks to your generous support.

    I’ve ordered the generator and panels, and they are currently on their way to the Space mutual-aid hub in Gary. I’ll post updates and pictures as I get ‘em.

    BTW, there’s been gratifyingly little of this, but nevertheless some folks here have for whatever reason seen fit to chime in with snark and similarly unhelpful comments.

    Remember: you’re commenting on a situation involving human beings who feel like they’ve been abandoned, who are navigating their way through considerable discomfort, fear and even danger on their own. Try to put yourself in their shoes before making that “clever” post. *Do not test me on this*.
