    Me: Alma, it’s really a problem that your hair is so fine that 75% of the brushes and gloves I’ve tried won’t grab it, you won’t tolerate the efficient ones, and the few others that do work are no more effective than me gently pinching out loose hairs while I pet you.

    A black cat curled up in the crook of a human arm. Her slightly out of focus back foot is between her face and the lens: we see one eye looking mischievously at us and one ear very alert as she snuggles her forehead into the arm. Her fur is very sleek and shiny but has loose hairs straggling here and there over her pretty face and the front arm she is bringing up to snuggle in more closely.
