    former Britnell's store (with the mosaic "crafted by hand and heart" in the doorway), being renovated, has papered its door and windows with green and white signs announcing "Shake Shack coming soon"

    @rudy I miss Britnell's. They used to be the place to buy actuarial textbooks, and I always liked poking around while there.
