@paulk @aadschippers Eh, how recent are those statistics? I think that may be outdated. Either that or we've severely backslid in just a few years. Which is possible given the political environment. Those numbers seem to be mid-1990's reflective. the 11% in particular seems WAY off. That's like back in the 1950's stat.
