    I have one of my final customers late paying; not because of any good reason just the CTO who is my contact only uses Slack so I know my email is going through his dumb-ass email AI and he's ignoring it.

    So now whether I can get StyloBot to commercial status depends on one guy taking two seconds to read an email & pay an invoice.

    Remind me again why I retired from freelancing?

    I do the work you pay the invoice. It's NOT THAT COMPLICATED.

    @scottgal If he'a a public company, look up his in-house council and write them a polite letter, urging them to pay their overdue bill.

    The politer you are, the better the chance of success.

    My father was the master of nice: he used to call up the bank's help center, and say in a friendly, pleasant tone, "Hi, I'm an enraged customer. Could you help me with a problem?"
