It was although exhaustion dulls the sense of achievement.We try to fit in two sessions a week at this time of year - although I sometimes feel that in summer 12 hours a day, seven days a week wouldn't be enough!
Allotments reap according to the amount of effort and time spent on them - and we don't give ours enough of either.
