@gregtitus I think one thing it's exposed is the disconnect between the people who think in English and the people who think in code. For me it's the same thing - to forcefully adopt the "full" agentic workflow I'd have to back port code back into English in my head and then write it down.

I think that thinking in code makes it easier to more quickly find design faults or architecture smell as you tend to have to force the issue immediately.
