Okay, before you get excited about this, realize that this is really not set up for portable use on a Windows system but…WWVSim by Phil Karn @ka9q is now set up to use actual voice clips for the minute announcements. Which of course means people can start having fun making funny vocabulary sets for the thing. I'm sure this will interest @BorrisInABox @kd6cae and others.
