So I've got plans to travel to a nearby city for a working vacation. Plans are to use Airbnb so that I can have some peace and quiet, and maybe bring my desktop for streaming and VR set along for the evenings.

Does anyone have any recommendations or things to look out for when selecting a place to stay?

(I've already been looking at some reviews and "house rules", anything where the walls are super-thin or references to bedbugs are pretty much making it a hard "no" in my book)
