@Hierarchy I think we’re entering an era where the fundamentals that business has relied upon to conduct itself according to its own stupidly narrow terms are less and less knowable.
In part because they are being deliberately obfuscated to mask bad decisions made by human agents. And compounded because agentic agents used by business as ‘sense-making’ tools are feeding on that obfuscation in a feedback loop
