instead it should be something trans people debate on TV, and by trans politicians who can't be held accountable for long periods of time

or in medical offices where they decide which cisgender people are legitimate with limited knowledge derived from largely from porn

we should keep cisgender people from being involved, but if we do include them lets filter them for ones that believe what trans people believe so that everyone agrees
