Mar 31, 2026, 7:56 PM@lambtor if it is a security control (example: authn, authz, session management, secret management, etc.) we should buy -> borrow -> build in that order. If "how to maintain this thing 3 years from now" is not part of the chat analysis of "build" our math is intentionally misleading.
@SheHacksPurple In which century will we reach an agreement on the most appropriate programming language to use, the one framework we can all agree on, the one distro we will develop stuff for, the best package manager we all can agree on...? Stuff like that 🙃
