Can I live with this state of the system when one day those managers are fired and you get a new manager who's even more desperate to deliver in a tech debt environment? If not, then find a way to build good software despite the pressure. Learning to say no in a professional, polite and emphatic way is one of the most important skills to develop as an engineer.
