    @axnxcamr @andre well, this is true. I mean there are obviously levels of "getting stuff done" - you can't just apologise for other kinds of violence either..

    "Never say no" can also turn into toxic positivity. I've had too many times with non-technical managers who use "never say no" to avoid necessary conversations about refining grossly unrealistic proposals

    "Never say no" is usually promoted from the top down, as management believes requests should be accepted by default in that direction but not necessarily the other way around.

    Not what I had in mind, but a very good example of a "rule" that could be misunderstood and misused.
