I want a software license that forbids use *only* by the engineers that work on making autoplaying video.

the pairing didn't have to change who they were at all, established before either of them made contact with each other. That's why it's pretty amazing.

I must say, Worf and Jadzia Dax is the best Star Trek pairing I've encountered so far. Almost everything else feels so forced. Chakotay & Seven is absolutely most forced of course. I was pretty sure that was a dream episode.

In the words of the doctor from voyager, killing is wrong no matter who is doing it

1. Dwayne Johnson is 51 years old
2. Dwayne Johnson was in an episode of VOY

If I like Pink Floyd, what other music would you recommend I listen to?

P.S. Yes, I know all the problems with various Pink Floyd band members, not to mention the stereotype of a pink floyd listening man. You don't need to tell me.

FOMO because I bought the sedici strada 2 mips helmet before realizing that the ECE 22.05 safety standard is not as strict as the ECE 22.06 safety standard - 22.05 only tests HIC, not BRIC. I may still have bought the strada (rather than say the AGV K1S, given that's thermoplastic) but I'd have taken it into consideration #motorcycle

Anyway the DOT 'standard' can go fuck itself

If there was a licensing exam required to become a parent, do you think your parents would have cleared it when you became their child?

Bicycle users of #sfba! What locks do you use for your bike? #BikeTooter i have already had 3 bikes stolen over the last 8 years, don’t want another one gone

The age gap between Neelix and Kes is really starting to freak me out. She is like, 2 or 3? Neelix is definitely not 2-3

"Warp" looked like a decent terminal for use on my Mac, but it has 73 *million* dollars of *venture capital funding*. There's just no way it's possible for them to make a return on that investment on a *terminal app* that doesn't involve exploiting *me*, the user. No thanks.

I have a dell U series monitor and an S series monitor, both 27" and both 4K. I had always thought that the people saying "ah, color caliberation is so important" were just snobs, but holy fuck color calibration is indeed important. White looks different between these monitors and that's distracting. I have an older, smaller, 2K U series - trying to decide if this S series 4K is worth the resolution bump, or if I should return it.

Anyone use the quadlock system on their #motorcycle or #bicycle? Trying to figure out if I need it (with the dampener) for vibration protection of my iphone. I would like it to charge when being used though (on the iphone that is) #BikeTooter

Massive respect to all frontend people, as I slowly and gently learn my way around the massive state management challenge this seems to be.

"Is AI the answer to---"
