Anyone have an Amiga in the early 90s and remember a MOD that I can only call "Make It So" since its main feature was a sample of Picard played like "make it so make it make it so" with beeps and boops from the show like comm chirps and the like, along with a sample of Data saying something?

I am confused by Montreal's power play plays for getting into the offensive zone. It seems designed to avoid getting into the offensive zone. Hell, it looks designed to have difficulty getting into the neutral zone!

So on May 12 I fill out the entire census questionnaire online. I believe we had the short form since it was about people, their gender, & language but not much else.
Our household has received a reminder mailout this week. It is dated May 13. Since the original mailout & this one contains an address-specific access code there is no way they do not know we filled it out on May 12.
They are asking for ambiguity, it seems.
I am annoyed at Statistics Canada.
We received our mailout in the first week of May and on May 7 I went to the web site to fill it out.
While filling it out, I encountered the initial questions about who is staying in our household on May 12 & it was clear that they wanted to account for people who were not at home both from their own household's PoV as well as from the PoV of wherever they were staying on May 12.
I'm pendant, so I felt I should just wait until May 12 to fill it out...
WTF? This is the second Florida political email I've gotten... I'm Canadian and there is zero chance I accidentally signed up for something. But also this doesn't seem like your garden variety spam or phishing.

Capitalism as Power is all about creating a winner-takes all power game. Imagine if we could build a "political-economic game" from the ground up where the only ones who are allowed to play are those willing to agree to co-operate?
This provides a literal power model (with electricity) that could be a political model, where islands of co-operation federate to produce a more stable whole.
One of the biggest things I got from David Graeber's Debt, the First 5,000 Years was that many earlier societies ran on debt but generally that debt is traded back and forth or was never let to build.
Whether it was neighbours paying back a bit more than they owed or a bit less as a way to keep the relationship more formally tied (or more explicitly, if you paid exactly your debt it was seen as a way of severing a relationship) or it was kings declaring a jubilee, a wiping out of personal debt.
When I see what appears to be legitimate videos from cell phones in Israel showing ballistic missiles from Iran hitting Israel (often showing defensive missiles missing the incoming ballistic ones), I find them quite striking and disturbing. But I do not simply blame them on Iran.
The law doesn't apply to imaginary computers, does it? And every actual computer that has an operating system on it had that OS installed, presumably on behalf of the owner. So the law would apply to the owner and the person installing the OS.
Regarding California bill AB1043 age law. I fail to see how this definition of "operating system provider" implicates anyone but the owner of the computer on which they install the operating system. In the case of OEM vendors who provide a pre-installed OS it would apply, not otherwise.
(g) “Operating system provider” means a person or entity that develops, licenses, or controls the operating system software on a computer, mobile device, or any other general purpose computing device.
