Volumetrically this was about 4-5 tablespoons, 109g total weight

Like 47g of protein, 23 from whey and 14 from peanut butter

28g carbs, 16 from peanut butter, 10 from honey, and 2 from whey

Beef is 26g of protein per 100g.

I wonder what this fortified peanut butter is like on toast?

I made a rather flippant suggestion to @mcc to put some whey protein powder in some peanut butter

So, I have those things so I wellvolunteered myself...

1, I forgot how not dense whey protein powder is

2, mixing them took a bit

3, it sort of doesn't take like anything

I initially did 33g each of peanut butter and protein. I added another 33g of peanut butter to make it less chalky textured

I added 10g of honey to see if that helped.
