Almost forgot about Crisp Sandwich Day. Behold: Lays dill pickle chips on white bread
The nacho sandwich for #CrispSandwichDay. It is, as you can see, a rapidly collapsing mess. Or it was, I've eaten it.
The crisps are *very* visible. They're everywhere. Crisps.
I cooked assorted beans in stock with tomato, cumin, chilli, salt, pepper, basil and garlic. Baked with tortilla chips (which are crisps, they're sold in the crisp aisle and they're in a big bag and they're crunchy), cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and coriander. Stuffed into the sandwich with lettuce, jalapeños, tomatoes, red onions, green pepper, mayo and barbecue sauce.
There's lots of the nachos left, so I may have the same tomorrow.

I had a sandwich. I had crisps (“chips” in my local dialect). Nest one in the other and you get a #CrispSandwichDay sandwich.
For #crispsandwichday I had a go to make crisps. Pretty successful. I do love a double carb dinner

Really shitty and soft bread, the only thing I could come by on a Sunday in Bavaria, tortilla crisps, homemade tomato sauce with guajillo chiles on one, jarred salsa verde on the other.

I’ve gone slightly decadent for #CrispSandwichDay with these roast chicken and black garlic butter flavour crisps.
I celebrated #CrispSandwichDay in style today. Branston pickle and Walkers Prawn Cocktail. Lovely!
