Trump accused Democrats of cheating in every election he's participated in with no evidence. In the meantime he's used public assets to produce campaign ads, assaulted the capital, and bribed the public for votes multiple times
Our news media is full of owners who love this guy for his newsworthyness, but for some reason they never provide context for his actions

Trump considers America his and he treats it like his property.
Trump doesn't consider process, he wants results
Remember "there can't be any cases if there's no tests?" He's applying this logic to mail ballots now
It isn't counterintuitive for him to tell people to vote by mail while he's also making mail ballots useless because they will get to choose which ballots in his custody will be counted
"The machine might feel bad" is the newest chapter in "Centering The Oppressor"
Or, like, the IDF of all groups
I can't really take their calls for civility towards a machine seriously when they sell use of the same machine to extra-legal government enforcers deporting people without cause
LLMs do not feel pain
The people who train them do
If these companies want to reduce suffering in a real way they could pay people for the work they do and publicly acknowledge that they exist

This goes more into what he did, what the response was, and what we should change because of it
Just reading about Aaron Swartz's prosecutors and they seem like pretty awful people

I thought maybe they would be friends with AI bros but i don't think so, i think they were just awful, overzealous prosecutors
The bark of the moral universe is long but it tends towards justice
Either they knew she died while it happened, or the towers don't work like they say. And i do not want to fix the second half of this problem
I would like to know if they watched her die and then to have accountability for that, but this would require an American enforcement agency to admit they made a mistake, that letting migrants die is a mistake, and i think we all know they will not do this.
If the tower surveils an area 7 miles in radius and the death was only 1 mile away, either they couldn't see the person or they just let them die. Demanding action here comes down to fixing one of these 2 possible issues, and i have a guess which one they will go with
I was reading an article posted by the eff here about the southern US border enforcement and people who might die within viewing range of a sentry tower. My thoughts:
I've been vegan for most of my life except honey always and for eggs after i was found to be gluten intolerant
I miss burritos and pizza a lot more than i miss meat and cheese
I think maybe we all failed a test when Elon threw Nazi salutes and didn't get punched on camera for it
