although to be fair today I saw someone say "is the jotar siege supposed to work" in Q&A chat in soulframe and the answer was actually no

@goaty oh google is good at transcribing text in a font
it claims that this means "radiation damage status effect" but none of the words mean "damage"

@goaty I do know this: any time there's actual damage being dealt, it'll be either a flat number or a percentage of your base damage. They never say "deals damage" without a number unless the number is somewhere else on your screen (which a mod can't do because it's just card).

@ben sure but if someone isn't ben lubar level autistic about warframe they might read "deals damage" and assume it deals damage

@goaty it doesn't say "deals damage" though it says "applies a radiation damage status effect" and radiation status effects only do damage in the sense that they enable friendly fire
