@vicgrinberg Just want to say that this method has helped me hugely this year. I had an epiphany where I realized all the negativity is curated and intentional. My IG feed is people fighting in public, war, racism, angry and cynical podcasters and influencers. And yet I know this isn’t the sum total of reality.

Here and outside I see gardening, activism, tech projects, people being kind to animals and each other, volunteering and endless creative outlets. And there are more of them, much more.
