On your *national* website you have Hamburg ZOB listed, and that's the Zentralomnibusbahnhof (bus station) (pic 1, 2)
To get a train to Hamburg Hbf, the main station, you need to use the DSB International website (pic 3) https://www.dsb.dk/en/international/
But to Flensburg - which is in Germany - *is* on the national site. Totally makes sense (pic 4)
@jon I had the exact same WTF moment two weeks ago. I was using their app and trying to get a connection from Hamburg to Aalborg and ended up using DB app instead.

@jon I remember this it is so ridiculous that you can’t even book a direct train with DSB. I believe the reason why Flensburg is available is because DSB itself operates there, they don’t hand over the train to DB in Padborg like the one to Hamburg.
@jon maybe they're still using the pre-1864 borders
