    But, because the reagents need agents, the Dems are cast by the eternally emotional, by the children powers that be, as the Enemy, as the profane, the usurper, the unholy. Whether or not Dems are those things (they fell on swords decades ago and try to fight with the lances lodged in their own inner beings), they don’t have even the rhetorical skill to assuage from other to adjacent, or to actually fight. They are a party of piñatas who can’t get off the hook, because their hooks are bad.

    has allowed, enabled, #trump to “fail” up. The useful idiot smirking face is the brand, and brands are easily supported in a monopolistic vacuum. The fact that the combination of economic and diplomatic and avowing journalistic factors hasn’t been glommed by the ostensible enemy, the fuddy duddy doofus dems who fight for, rather than 1983, 1994, is evidence of their inability to move the needle.
