I was already a little annoyed that Apple replaced rsync with openrsync, as it broke some of my own personal ways of working (e.g. listing remote directories), but now the version in macOS 27 is also breaking "bob publish" because it has an incompatible --delete-excluded implementation.

#pkgsrc to the rescue once again, but please stop breaking things.
