Oct 13, 2026, 10:32 AMXHTML Mobile Profile 1.2 was cut down for WAP phones and then abandoned. Headings, links, tables, forms, no scripts. So I built a small-web format on it: Mews Profile 0.1, where authors provide structure and readers control presentation. A Mews page is an ordinary web page, no protocol and no proxy, and it opens on a real WAP handset. There is a validator, a directory, and a Flutter reader that treats Gemini capsules as the same kind of document.
