Those governments believe in similar "don't blame us for climate change" as they ship tons of coal from Roberts Bank and millions of barrels of oil through pipelines & oil ports.

Just because another nation is burning these toxic commodities, doesn't free the producers of culpability.

It's like DDT manufacturers continuing to ship this poison that decimated bird populations overseas for years, while following regulations at home that banned it.
