So last night Apple Maps let me down and took me to 10 Hay St rather than 531 Hay St, which is a large difference when you are walking. Here maps had the same incorrect location, but Google maps was correct. The actual address is 10/531 Hay St so I guess you can see where the error was. The take home is to check the address in Apple Maps if the search target has a website, check Google Maps, or use something else!
