Continuing to work on my #ilo on the #xteink x4 today. I was able to get the full graphics device working, so I have fast(er) shape drawing now. I also transposed the keyboard, making it larger and a bit easier to read. I'm experimenting with getting bluetooth keyboard support in place, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to get that actually working given the limited RAM I have left.
Fixed several bugs, and I now have working input. Now my x4 is a pocket sized ilo computer running my standard Konilo rom and blocks. The blocks and rom are stored on the SD card, so it's easy to backup & update.
I still have around 13k physical RAM free on the x4, so maybe I should try to get a barebones 1bpp graphics device added?
A summary of the controls in the x4 pro uxn4 & my reader rom:
Touch and front light are working on my x4 pro. I'll read a book tonight, note any bugs I encounter, and probably publish a flashable firmware and source tomorrow or Friday.
I began working on a port of my variation of #uxn for the #xteink x4 pro today. At present I have it starting and displaying the reader UI, though I need to finish the touch interaction and front light control before I can actually use it. Once I finish these, it should basically be functional. I already have a rom that should work (tested under uxn11 & uxn32), so I don't anticipate any big issues in getting it usable once the VM is done.
Good morning. I'm continuing to work on my #xteink x3 #uxn reader vm & firmware.
I updated my branch to have it load the uxn rom from sys/firmware.rom if present, or fall back to the built-in rom if not. So testing further updates on the device won't need further flashing.
Now working on handling font selections.

The first version of the Poraka BASIC rom for #ilo has been added to the repository. See the commit at http://fossils.retroforth.org:8000/ilo/info/1e3305cd1a68b224. I'll have some examples added later today.
I added support for variable-width uf2/uf3 fonts in my c/x11 ilo.
I'll try to finish up on it this weekend, then work on adding support to the other ilo vm models with graphics output.
I finished the initial ufx font support in the c/x11 ilo. Supports uf1, uf2, and uf3, and resizes the terminal based on the font size.
(I haven't started on the C/SDL, C#, or C/Wayland ones yet, and those will take at least a few days due to an upcoming event commitment that spans the next three days).
Prepping for my next few projects: updating ilo/x11 & others to support ufx fonts, porting uxn4 to the xteink x3, more refinement on the extension specs for the sinilo vm, and finishing the poraka basic rom.
I'm running a lightly modified version of the uxn4 vm & reader firmware from @neauoire on my x4 now.
My first version of #uxn in #ilo is now in the fossil repository.

https://asciinema.org/a/1267653 shows my #uxn in #ilo assembly running the drifloon assembler, building another copy (properly byte identical) of drifloon, then assembling opctest & tictactoe, and running both.
The uxn implementation is down to 2853 cells, of which 2k are used for the stacks & internal memory buffer for block i/o, so just over 800 cells of actual machine code. It can be built to either write stderr into the blocks or to just discard the stderr text (which is what I have set as the default).
I'll do a little more work on this tomorrow to tighten up a few things, but it's complete. Later this year I will be working on a #nga port, and will work on expanding the device coverage, but I'm pretty happy with it at this point.
