Today is a day where people are learning that "Maximum speed" can mean many things.

The maximum speed the thing can reach is very different from the maximum speed the thing can be controlled at, which is also very different from the maximum speed it should go at considering all external factors.

@KinkyKobolds There's even extra layers, because it's really "Can it go that fast? No."

Mechanically speaking, with the motor at max RPM, it can reach 2.2m/s.

    Can it reach that? Nope.

It can reach 1.75m/s in real conditions tho.

Should it go that fast? Nope.

The feedback loop can control it at 1.5m/s tho.

Will it go that fast? Not without safety disabled!

But it'll do 1.3m/s under safe control.

... unless it has to go through curves, or there's other vehicles ahead, then it's down below 1m/s.
