8h agoI'd ordered MEGA's Kanto Pokédex building kit from Amazon UK a few days ago. It arrived yesterday. Just finished building the kit. (MEGA is a Mattel subsidiary that manufactures and sells its own LEGO-like building kits.)
I'll try to take pictures of the MEGA Pokédex with my MEGA Pikachu and my LEGO Game Boy later. The Kanto Pokédex appears in Pokémon RGBY, so it'll be especially cool to take some pictures with the Game Boy.

One issue I have with smash bros in general and melee in particular is that almost every person I see talking about it online seems to be a hyper competetive person that enjoys learning very specific minutae of the game and not a lot of people saying they jist enjoy ounching someone to the right and see them fly to the left.
I'm sensing a pattern in Australian politics. Where the centre-left Party, the ALP/Australian Labor Party are unpopular for half the term their governing according to polls and then basically at the last moment the electorate comes to it's senses when they put even the most bare bones attention into politics beyond vague remarks by the right.
That said pretty sure Labor said they don't want to enter a coalition with the Greens.
That said it's still way too close to get comfortable yet. Victoria seems to have much greater political extremes even when they have been a generally safe Labor seat.

Couldn't sleep, so I looked at Yugioh stuff.
Genesys didn't quite live up to the initial design communications, at least it looks like that, with many people complaing it's too close to the regular game.
Though there has been a big points update very recently and I'm curious if this mixes up things.
Also the design team needs to get back to the "preventing your opponent from doing something should be more expensive than removing stuff" and hit everything that privides a negate with points.
Probably helps clear up the "player 1 built an unbreakable board" problem a bit.
I really wish genesys would radically slow down the game, change it to a point I could talk old friends into playing YGO.
Also, maybe the game needs a hard reset. Though more in philosophy. I don't think any of the rules ever sucked. The card pool just made increasingly unhinged things possible
