IRELANDERS: Does anyone know anything about the recent vote in the European Parliament relating to facial coverings in public?

In particular the votes that were cast by Regina Doherty, Nina Carberry, Seán Kelly, Barry Andrews, Barry Cowen, Billy Kelleher, and Ciaran Mullooly?

(I've seen comments/reactions to it today, but just can't find out what the actual vote/topic/motion/etc. was.)
