@julie it's worth assessing whether you actually need a radio ground, pretty standard in the UK for us to teach that grounding can present danger under our electric grid.

Things like a dipole/balanced antenna shouldn't need dedicated grounding, and longwires/verts will generally be fine with a counterpoise or counterpoise network not including a ground rod!
