Just had a proper look at the so-called #OuterBanks string of sand banks off the coast of North Carolina.

So, someone thought it would be a good idea to build on these sand banks, and now they're complaining because the North Atlantic Ocean wants to reclaim said sand banks?

Have I got that right?
