Turning on my Dell with Windows 11:

* Push power button
* Nothing happens
* Push power button again but for about a second because debounce
* Nothing happens
* Hold the power button for 8 seconds
* Nothing happens
* Remember that it takes like 10 seconds to post and pushing power again turns it back off
* Push the power button for exactly one second
* Wait patiently for about 10 seconds
* Dell boot logo appears
* Windows pretends to finish booting
* Wait 3 minutes for windows to really boot
