If I wanted to stream a USB webcam over the network, and consume it in (in order of preference):
- Jellyfin
- A simple web page
(honestly, either of the above would be fine), or, as a possible option:
- HomeAssistant

What is some decent, simple, as turn-key-as-practical software to do this on #linux ? I don't need features, and I don't intend to futz around with it a lot or get crazy fancy. I just want to be able to watch a live stream in a small window on a desktop somewhere else.
