I have an old saddle for my bike. Specialized. Probably fake leather. But the screws holding it together are rusted and needs changing. And I want to. I want to fix the things I own, have used for long and know well. But it's harder to find good replacement screws for my saddle than to buy a new saddle, and I wish that was not the case.

Using things until they break and then just discarding them and replacing rather than fixing rubs me the wrong way. Always has.
