Finally we have Apple picking weather after a hot week.

Raw collard wraps are my current obsession. Now devoting a good 90 minutes on Sundays to making a bunch for the week.

OK I've gone back to ARXX, so I think n=8.

I don't know how I'd never heard of ARXX before last night, but they're perfect for today's slog. 2/n https://music.apple.com/us/album/ride-or-die/1673797602

Working on a task that always takes 5-10x longer than I think it should. Music that's getting me through it, 1/n: https://music.apple.com/us/album/good-boy/1765709703

This was a fun read: https://pogueman.substack.com/p/125-tests-of-the-new-ai-siri
I did the equivalent of # 25 when itemizing a hotel bill for an expense report yesterday—needed to average each of the room rates, taxes, and tourism fees, which were different for each of the 5 nights—and Siri was able to pick out the lines and give the the right averages.

Still true.

@imyke Siri will learn what apps you use for which types of tasks over time, so you may need to mention the app now, but not forever. :-)

[an inning later…]
Announcer: “And joining us tonight, some very special guests for Hot Dogs from Heaven Night!”
Me: “So semi-pro hot dogs, then?”

[At the ballpark]
Husband: “Check out the guys in the hot dog suits. ”
Me: “Do you think they’re professional hot dogs or incidental hot dogs?”
