hi, i'm andy and i live in the rural American west/southwest. i think a lot about environmental justice, sustainability, permaculture, technology, libraries, socialism, the outdoors, radical politics, algorithmic justice, bikes and bike commuting, issues around existing in a fat body, and veganism. and other stuff!

i'm a recovering IT guy, now a library professional. i am married to my amazing wife, and have two cats, Link and Kirby.

one of my favorite pictures i've ever taken, a hummingbird outside a Thai restaurant in Ouray, Colorado. #hummingbird
